Series 2000HD

Steel and Concrete Pile Protection System

An anti-corrosion protection system using a proven petrolatum tape with over a 35-year history. The SeaShield Marine Tape is protected with a durable HDPE outercover secured with marine grade alloy bolts.

Series 2000FD

Ultimate Steel and Concrete Pile Protection System

An anti-corrosion protection system for medium to large piles using a proven petrolatum tape with over a 35-year history. The SeaShield Marine Tape is protected with a durable HDPE outercover secured with marine grade alloy bolts.

Series 100

Steel, Concrete and Timber Pile Protection System

An anti-corrosion protection system using a proven petrolatum tape with over a 35-year history. The SeaShield Marine Tape is protected with a durable outercover secured with a selected strapping for the type of environment.

Series 160

Timber Pile Protection System

Series 160 System protects timber piles from marine borer infestation and mechanical damage. The outercover made, of 180 mil HDPE, is extrusion manufactured at 16", 18" and 20" in diameter thereby creating a snug fit around timber piles from 10" to 18" in diameter.

Durable Fiberglass Wrap System for Steel, Concrete & Timber Piles

A durable fiberglass wrap system that consists of an inner wrap of Denso Marine Piling Tape and outer wrap of Denso Glass Outerwrap or Glass Outerwrap UV.

Series 90

Timber Pile Protection System

A durable outercover used with SeaShield Marine Tape for protection against marine borers. The system can be manufactured with polyethylene, PVC or EPDM.

Non-Corrosive Structural Repair for Timber Piles

Comprised of the SeaShield Fiber-Form Jacket, C-GRID® 450 and SeaShield 510 UW Grout or Sea-Shield 550 Epoxy Grout. The Series 400 is a revolutionary encapsulation system that not only protects timber piles from aggressive saltwater environments and marine borers, but also strengthens deteriorated piles with a durable, lightweight and non-corrosive reinforcement.

Steel, Concrete and Timber Pile Protection System

An anti-corrosion protection systems comprised of the SeaShield Fiber-Form Jacket and SeaShield 550 Epoxy Grout. This system can be applied above and/or below water providing tough, durable protection to restore steel, concrete and timber piles.

Fab-Forms are an economic solution to repair deteriorated steel, concrete and timber pilings. The forms are a 100% continuous multifilament nylon fabric with a zipper closure system.

Polyester Glass Flake Coating

Two-part high solids reinforced glass flake coating with outstanding resistance to corrosion and abrasion. It is resistant to corrosive acids, alkalis, salts and a range of oxidizing chemicals. Corrosion protection of steel structures that are subject to the most aggressive marine environments (i.e., pilings, bulkheads, helidecks, splash zones, underdeck areas, main deck areas, and many other corrosive environments).
